Frequently Asked Questions

Contact us with any other questions you have.

How are Dvele homes priced?

The starting production price for each model is listed on this catalog page. Our manufacturing pricing includes all finishes and fixtures featured in our LookBook [downloadable link], which are expertly selected for a timeless design, simplified process, and energy efficiency.

The production price doesn't include transportation fees, installation, and site work. These figures will vary depending on the location and condition of the build site.

A Dvele representative can assist with preparing a preliminary price estimate to help assess all-in-build costs.

When can you build my home?

We've reached capacity for this year (2022) and will begin building new orders next year, in Q2 2023.

How long is the building process?

We consistently take 16 weeks to build a home, less time if it's one module for a mini-home.

The overall building time depends (1) if you have land ready to be built on, (2) if you've secured a general contractor, (3) if you have approval from your country/city/region to build, and (4) if you've secured financing for the project.

After I've picked a home, what's the next step?

Initially, a client sales representative will assess your land with you to look for any obvious signs we can't build on your land.

Things that prevent or make it hard to build on your land are things like (1) a steep slope, (2) near water or close to flood zones, (3) narrow access road; we must be able to fit a flatbed truck with the modules and crane on the street, and (4) low-hanging branches or trees obstructing the road and building site.

Then, we'd perform a feasibility assessment with one of our project managers to go into more detail about the project, the land and access to the building site.

Can you deliver modules to my region?

Yes, if you're on the west coast or are a neighboring state to California.

We currently building out of our Loma Linda, CA factory and must be able to deliver modules to your project site within a reasonable timeframe.
